This item is for a set of stacking rings in 14k rose gold filled. Each order will include FIVE (5) skinny rings - four textured bands and one round band to represent the five elements/agents in nature (metal,wood,water,fire and earth) according to the Chinese tradition. See image 4 for texture reference --
METAL - deep facets
EARTH - smooth round band --> Default is shiny. Specify in the text box if you prefer satin finish.
WOOD - straight lines
WATER - classic wavy hammered texture
FIRE - light facets
(*note: from distance the "metal" and "fire" textures look very similar, although "fire" has a more delicate look)
Each band is around 1.5mm wide and the combined width will be around 8~9mm.
If you prefer a different combination of textures, simply specify your preference in the text box. All five rings can be the same or different textures
SOLDER SEAM
Please note: While most designers fail to mention it, rose gold filled rings are expected to have solder seam in soft gold tone. This can be seen upon close inspection under bright light and will look as if the rose gold has "faded" in a small spot. Please see image 5 for a closeup of the seam.
